Enterprise Imaging Strategist and Clinical Workflow Consultant
I help healthcare organizations and imaging technology companies understand complex clinical workflows, make informed technology decisions, and develop solutions that work in real imaging environments.
My perspective is grounded in more than 20 years across frontline clinical practice, imaging informatics, clinical applications, workflow analysis, product management, implementation, education, and consulting.
Current-state assessment, workflow optimization, future-state design, and practical recommendations grounded in clinical operations.
Strategic guidance related to imaging workflows, technology direction, interoperability, governance, system optimization, and transformation initiatives.
Clinical product strategy, workflow validation, use-case development, usability review, implementation planning, and alignment with real-world imaging practice.
My work is grounded in frontline clinical practice, imaging informatics, vendor experience, and the realities of implementing technology in complex healthcare environments.
I began my career on the clinical front line, working for more than eight years as a Medical Radiation Technologist in CT and X-ray, including at a Level 1 trauma centre and a regional cancer centre. That experience gave me a practical understanding of how imaging workflows affect patients, clinicians, technologists, and day-to-day operations.
I later moved into the imaging technology industry, where I worked in clinical applications, workflow analysis, implementation, product management, and clinical support roles with major vendors. Across those roles, I learned to look beyond the technology itself and focus on how it fits into the real clinical environment, how users work, where processes break down, and what is needed for a solution to be successfully adopted.
Today, I bring together clinical experience, industry knowledge, and imaging informatics expertise to support healthcare organizations and technology companies. As a Certified Imaging Informatics Professional, consultant, educator, and SIIM lead instructor, I help teams clarify clinical needs, improve workflows, strengthen product decisions, and introduce technology in a way that works in practice.
